Registration Opens April 15, price increases June 1!

Looking for a fun and exciting summer program for your Middle Schooler- Grades 6th-8th?  

Our 3 day camp has Campers arriving at Bungay Elementary School on  Monday, Wednesday, & Friday and departing for different Field Trips twice a week ( Monday & Wednesday)  with Fridays being an at Camp day including Pizza (no additional charge) & Ice Cream (extra cost). Field Trip times do vary depending on location and distance.

Grades: 6th – 8th  grade (Current School Year)

Days:  3 day week:  Mon, Wed, Fri
 

Times: 8:30am-2:30pm (pick-up times on Monday & Wednesday may vary based on field trip)

Resident Price: $350/2 week session (3 days -2 Field Trips and 1 Camp Day)
*Non-Resident Price: $400/2 week session (3 days -2 Field Trips and 1 Camp Day)
Non residents registration opens May 1 if space allows.

Program Highlights:

*Each Session is two weeks long. Includes field trips & lunch. (excludes spending money)
*Participants will receive one t-shirt (even if attending all three sessions) which must be worn on field trip days. 
* Low camp:counselor ratio
* Rainy Day Policy: we will do our best to reschedule to a different day of that week. If that is not possible an alternative trip or in-house program will be scheduled
* No refunds on Field Trip Programs
* No sibling discounts are available. Participants can select individual sessions. 
* Field Trips are subject to change
** Minimum of 15 participants required per session for camp to run. Maximum 24. Must register before June 1st to avoid $50 late fee. 

~  Payment plans are available. See Payment Plan in forms section. To be considered the child must be registered online without checking out AND all payment plan request forms must be submitted to Seymour Community Services by May 1 (no exceptions). All payments must be paid in full prior to start of camp. A child may not start camp unless payment is made in full prior to start of camp. A $25 fee will be applied to all payment plans.

~ Limited Financial Assistance is available. Forms can be found below. To be considered the child must be registered online without checking out AND all forms AND back up must be submitted to Seymour Community Services by May 1 (no exceptions).
